The Last Week of my 20s!

This week I will be celebrating the last week of my 20s.  Such a sad end to a great decade, but there are great things to come in the year ahead so I'm not going to mourn....too much!

This past weekend Eric played his last regular season baseball game.  It was the hottest day of the year so far, but the boys braved the heat and won the game!  Playoffs start next weekend.

We brought an extra canopy for the boys to use in the dugout.  It was cute to see them all huddled on one end of the bench just to sit in the shade!

Right after his hit....love this mid run hop!

After the game we did some much needed cooling off in Mom and Dad's pool!  That's where we spent much of Sunday afternoon as well!

Since we were all dressed nice for church on Sunday
we took a family picture out front.  It's been a while!

On Sunday night we had dinner at Mommom's to celebrate all the June birthdays.  We had clams and crab legs, as an appetizer...then burgers and dogs on the grill.  The weather was cooling off and it was nice to be able to sit on the deck without sweating to death!

 Chowing down on crab legs

Birthday girls....plus the boys, who are always in the
birthday pictures.  They are the official candle blowers!

This is what happens when Megan gets your camera!!!
Told you it would end up on the blog Meg!!!

Eric enjoyed the blue icing on the cake....
maybe a little too much!

This week the weather isn't going to be quite as hot as it was last week.  Thank goodness because if this past week was any indication, I'm going to have a rough time in the heat this summer :)  So glad we put the window in the living room for the bigger A/C unit.
